Looking for a commercial electric range that can help you cook up delicious burgers and breakfast favorites? This heavy-duty range from Garland is a great choice. Packing a 36" griddle and a standard oven, this unit delivers 21.5 kilowatts of cooking power. The stainless steel front, sides, and front rail ensure that it will stand up to the rigors of daily use.
The 36" griddle has two separate heat zones independently controlled from their dedicated thermostatic controls so you can cook multiple dishes at a time. The oven is 13.5" high, 26.25" wide, and 29" deep cavity.
The oven on this commercial range has a 13.5" high, 26.25" wide, and 29" deep interior, which is fitted with a removable rack. This rack can be set on four (4) different guides so you can maximize the space inside. The oven can be controlled via its own lectromechanical thermostat. It also has stainless steel grease troughs at the front and rear for easy maintenance.

Oven interior is 13.5" (343mm) high x 26.25" (667mm) wide x 29" (533mm) deep with removable four‑position chrome plated rack guides and one oven rack, front and rear stainless steel grease troughs. Stainless steel front and sides. Circuit breakers or fuses provide electric circuit protection. Available with casters or for dais mount. Model 36ES38 has storage base in lieu of oven section. Garland products are not approved or authorized for home or residential use, but are intended for commercial applications only.
