The FETCO CBS-72A (C72017) 7000 Series Coffee Brewer is a high-capacity countertop brewer that can accept two high-capacity thermal servers that can hold gallons of coffee hot for hours without additional electricity. This Commercial Coffee Maker can produce up to 640 (12 oz.) cups of coffee every hour to easily keep up with demand. 

To dial in your recipe this brewer can be programmed to fully extract all the flavor from your coffee beans. Once adjusted, the recipe can be saved and every batch will be consistent. To make sure the coffee bed is fully saturated this brewer uses a large spray pan to extract all the flavor from the coffee beans. The brew compartment on this brewer effectively traps steam in it which virtually eliminates the need for external ventilation. The FETCO LBD-6C 6-gallon thermal servers are designed to be used with this brewer and are sold separately.

To get water to the right brewing temperature as quickly as possible, this brewer features six 5.0 kW heaters. 60.0 gallons of water per hour can be heated. This unit is designed to use 440-480v 3-phase power and draws 60.1-72.2 amps at peak output.
