The CBS-71AC (C71028) 7000 Series Coffee Brewer from FETCO is a Commercial Coffee Maker that provides operators of hotels, stadiums, and events centers with a reliable platform that can easily deliver 320 (12 oz.) cups of coffee per hour. This model can accept mobile carts that hold high-capacity thermal servers that keep coffee hot for hours without the need for a power source. 

To maintain consistency between large batches this brewer has easy to use controls that users can use to fully customize the brewing process. Once the recipe has been perfected it can be saved for the easy push-button operation which is easily repeatable. This brewer features a large spray pan that allows the coffee bed to be fully saturated to make sure flavor is extracted efficiently. Steam is prevented from escaping from this unit by the steam control in the brew compartment. This virtually eliminates the need for external ventilation. Thermal servers such as the FETCO LBD-6C are designed to work with this brewer and are sold separately. To heat water quickly, this brewer features three 10.0 kW heaters. 36.0 gallons of hot water can be produced every hour. This unit is designed to use 120/208-240v 3-phase power and has a max amp draw of 63.2-72.9.
