Operating this brewer is as easy as twisting either of the handles to start or stop the brewing process, it’s as simple as it gets. Users can easily source hot water from the manual faucet. The FETCO TPD-30 thermal servers are designed to be used with this brewer and are sold separately.

To get water to the right brewing temperature as quickly as possible, this brewer features six 3.0 kW heaters. 33 to 44 gallons of hot water can be produced every hour. With a maximum current draw of 38.2-44.0 amps, this unit is designed for use with 120/208-240v 3-phase power.
