The FETCO CBS-51H-15 (C51056) Handle Operated Series Coffee Brewer is a simple handle operated Commercial Coffee Maker that accepts thermal servers for large scale brewing with a maximum output of 159 12 oz. cups per hour. This brewer features 1.5 gallons of capacity for hot water to keep at the ready.

Starting and stopping brewing with this brewer is as simple as a twist of the handle. A manual faucet safely dispenses hot water away from the brew basket and steam. This brewer is designed to use FETCO D449, D452, or D009 containers which are sold separately.

Dual 4.0 kW heaters inside this coffee brewer make sure water reaches the right temperature quickly. 15.0-19.5 gallons of hot water can be produced every hour. This model is designed for use with 120/208-240v power and draws a maximum of 29.3-33.8 amps.
