Foodservice refrigeration just got a whole lot smarter with the GAR3P-GH Specification Line® reach-in refrigerator from Delfield. This is a three-section ENERGY STAR unit with a capacity of 71 cubic feet and easyTouch controls. The stainless steel construction gives you the confidence that this unit will survive challenging environments and heavy-duty applications. 

The commercial refrigerator features six (6) half-height glass doors that give you the ability to compartmentalize products and minimize wasted energy. You can easily fit full-size sheet pans in this unit too! You can customize the space to your needs using the nine (9) adjustable shelves. And with the energy-saving assistance of the LED lighting, you get a full view of what’s inside without having to walk over to the units or opening the doors. 

The cabinet maintains temperatures between 33 ̊F and 40 ̊F to keep your products perfectly cold and fresh. A digital exterior temperature display on the top shows you the current temperature and sends visual warnings if the temperature gets dangerously low or high. All refrigeration components are mounted on the top for easy maintenance and servicing. This design also unlocks more interior space and provides easier access to the top shelves.

The easyTouch controller enables you to perform operational tasks with a single tap. You can connect it to a smart device so you can monitor the refrigerator and access compressor data and other asset info so you can stay on top of your operation without even going to the kitchen!

The door hinges have an auto-close feature that activates when the doors open below 90 degrees. The stay-open mode takes over when the doors are opened beyond the normal angle to assist workers with normally cumbersome tasks like restocking and retrieving large quantities of items at once. The door gaskets contribute to the efficiency of the unit and won’t even require tools when removing them for cleaning or replacement.

This reach-in refrigerator is insulated with ozone-safe high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane. The GreenGenius refrigeration system in this unit makes your kitchen more efficient without increasing your environmental footprint. This includes the use of eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that is metered through the TXV expansion valve. With electronic temperature controls and a hot gas system, the 0.38 hp compressor performs better and more efficiently. It also has an adaptive defrost feature to keep the evaporator consistently clean and ice-free. Other useful features include a raised ABS interior door liner and a side removable louver.

The Delfield GAR3P-GH Specification Line® reach-in refrigerator is an NSF and cULus certified. It is rated at 6.5 amps and uses 115v/60/1-ph electrical connection. A 10' cord and NEMA 5-15P are supplied in addition to 5" locking casters. Parts and labor warranty is three (3) years with an additional two (2) years for compressor parts.
