ConvoVent Condensation Hood by Halton, 20-1/2"W x 41-3/10"D x 15"H, for 6.10 mini & 10.10 mini models, 216 watts, 120v/60/1-ph, 0.2 - 0.9 amps, cord, NEMA 5-15P, cULus, UL EPHStandard Features:
- Carbon embedded fiber filter for odor reduction
- Front overhang for door opening steam capture
- Stainless steel baffle filter can be washed in dishwasher
- Filters accessible from front or top for easy cleaning / maintenance
- Fully automatic fan speed control (high or low) dependent on the condensing level required
- Built-in connection to the Convotherm mini combi oven wastewater system with condensate drained via air vent
- Highly efficient air-to-air heat exchanger technology for energy saving condensing with zero water consumption
- Efficient condensing of steam and vapour from the Convotherm mini combi oven and grease removal by 2-stage filter design
