ConvoVent Ventless Hood by Halton, 3-stage filter design, dishwasher safe stainless steel baffle, removes odor, steam, vapor & grease, for 6.10 & 10.10 ES/EB models (for electric models only), 120v/60/1-ph, 348 watts, 2.9 amps, NEMA 5-15P, [installation of control interconnection to oven needed], cULus (NOTE: If stacking two units with one hood, item 60269 - Connection kit for stacked units is also required)

• Carbon embedded fiber filter for odor reduction
• Front overhang for door opening steam capture
• Stainless steel baffle filter can be washed in dishwasher
• Filters accessible from front or top for easy cleaning / maintenance
• Fully automatic fan speed control (high or low) dependent on the condensing level required.
• Built-in connection to the Convotherm 4 wastewater system with condensate drained via air vent
• Also available for stacking-kit installation (two Convotherm 4 table-top models stacked one above the other)
• Highly efficient air-to-air heat exchanger technology for energysaving condensing with zero water consumption
• Efficient condensing of steam and vapour from the Convotherm 4 combi oven and grease removal by 3-stage filter design
