If you need to replace or upgrade your rack Conveyor Type Dishwasher the 44 PRO Pro Series from Champion is an excellent option.  This washer unit is NSF rated to handle 209 racks per hour while using 100 gallons of water per hour.

Monitoring the performance and configuring settings is made simple with the Prodigy series HMI display. The user-friendly touch controls provide visual guidance for cleaning and operation.  Proactive maintenance tasks and self-diagnostics allow for quick recognition of issues and can recommend the necessary repairs. 

With 20” of vertical clearance 18” x 26” sheet pans fit with no issue while automatic rack alignment positions racks into the optimal wash zone. Racks are moved by the perpetual rack advance system and an intuitive jam alert protects the drive from damage in case something goes wrong.

The heavy-gauge stainless steel construction makes sure this washer will last for many years in operation without issue. The unit features a single-piece hood design and stainless steel upper and lower wash arm manifolds. The leak-proof doors can fully open to 180° and feature insulation. Door safety switches are included to keep workers safe.

Consistent water pressure is provided by a 2 HP pump motor with a stainless steel impeller that provides 100 gallons per minute and features the energy sentinel system to limit energy costs.

The wash tank automatically fills and is heated to maintain the water temperature between wash cycles while an electric booster makes sure rinse water is always sanitary. The proportional rinse system delivers unmatched coverage thanks to digital pattern cloning for efficient use of water.
