To help you achieve the best quality of coffee, this commercial coffee machine lets you control the process via pre-infusion, pulse brew, cold brew lockout, and digital temperature functions. There is also a multidirectional 17-hole spray head that lets you adjust the distribution of the water to yield your desired flavor. Plus, with the SmartWAVE technology in town, the water and coffee stay in contact for longer periods to achieve uniformity. To prevent unnecessary energy consumption, the tank temperature lowers automatically during idle periods.

The funnel can be electronically locked so it doesn't move around during drip-through. If you also want access to hot water right from the same machine, a faucet is included for custom installation.
