The digital readout makes it easy to operate the unit. From there, you can check the brewing status and create targeted advertising images. It displays text in English, Spanish, or French while the measurements can be set at standard or metric. To further simplify coffee production, this unit supports multiple recipes programmable via the six (6) brew buttons, made even easier with the USB programming. The brew counter tells you how many batches are brewed, removing even more guesswork.

With the pre-infusion, pulse brew, cold brew lockout, and digital temperature, this commercial coffee brewer gives you all the tools you need to get that ideal coffee extraction and quality. The multidirectional Peak Extraction sprayhead with 17 holes helps yield the perfect flavor. The black plastic funnel features an electronic lock to keep the brew funnel in place throughout the drip-through process. With the side faucet, you can easily dispense as needed.

This commercial coffee machine brews coffee into Soft Heat servers (sold separately), which are engineered to be smarter, lighter, and more ergonomic. The server allows you to match holding times and temperatures based on the recipe or batch and tells you when freshness has expired or when it needs to be refilled.
