This commercial coffee machine with two (2) brew heads can make up to 15 gallons of coffee per hour into decanters and dispense hot water from the upper faucet. There are six (6) warmers, two (2) at the base and four (4) at the top to keep the footprint small while ensuring you have a high volume of piping hot coffee ready to serve at all times. This unit has a durable and attractive stainless exterior as well as a stainless steel funnel with a protective SplashGard that deflects hot liquids away as well as an LCD display for easy operation.

To help you achieve the best taste and quality of coffee, the unit puts you in total control of the coffee extraction with the pre-infusion, pulse brew, and digital temperature control. Plus, this commercial coffee maker can adjust to the changing water pressure and lets you set the brew level, cold brew lockout, and tank temperature.

Tank temperature is automatically lowered during idle periods to save energy. For servicing, the electronic diagnostics and built-in tank drain make the process more accurate and straightforward while the BrewLOGIC technology keeps pot levels reliable by adjusting brew time and calculating flow rates.

This commercial coffee brewer is rated 26 amps and requires a 120/240v/60/1-ph electrical connection. The unit has passed UL and NSF standards.
