This 1,800-watt commercial coffee maker can brew up to 4.2 gallons of coffee per hour. When the place gets busy, you can be ready to fulfill orders with the large 200-oz tank. The unit comes with a total of three (3) warmers with auto-shutoff, which helps you keep coffee at the perfect serving temperature for longer periods.
Modify the coffee extraction to achieve your preferred results via the programmable pre-infusion, pulse brew, and digital temperature precision. For added flexibility, you also have the ability to program the brew level, cold brew lockout, and tank temperature, which the unit automatically lowers during idle periods.
This commercial coffee brewer comes with electronic diagnostics and a built-in tank drain, which makes servicing faster and more accurate. The unit is designed to adjust to varying water pressure and modify brew time to deliver a consistent product every single time. The SplashGard funnel ensures users are safe from hot liquids, making the operation safer. If you need hot water, there is a hot water faucet that can dispense it on demand.
This commercial coffee machine is rated at 15 amps and requires a 120v/60/1-ph electrical connection. It has passed all UL and NSF standards for safe use.
