This single-section model has a stainless steel construction that offers excellent wear-and-tear resistance to make sure it maintains its sleek look and functionality through years of use. The door is all metal and is covered with a lifetime guarantee as a mark of reliable quality. The evaporator has a protective electrodeposition coating that improves heat transfer and guards against corrosion.

This Blue Air BSF23T-HC Freezer packs a 1/2 HP compressor at the top to unlock more interior space and avoid clogging. Operating at a temperature range of 5-10°F, the unit adds 23 cubic ft. of frozen storage to your kitchen.

Four (4) adjustable shelves are standard in this model so you can customize the space to your needs. With a depth of 31", this unit is designed to accept a roll-in rack of full-size bun sheet pans! There’s LED lighting inside for maximum product visibility for less energy consumption. The door is also lockable to keep your food products safe from theft.

For speedy service and convenience, the door has pressure relievers and a metal handle for easy opening. It automatically closes at 90° or less so it is never left ajar especially during your busiest hours. It also stays open at 110° so that you can load and retrieve items without hassle. The unit has a visual and audible alarm to notify when the door remains open for too long. Depending on your kitchen layout, you can also opt for a left-hinged door.
