Blodgett 911 TRIPLE Description
Bake three batches of food at a time and significantly improve your production capacity with the Blodgett 911 TRIPLE gas deck oven. This unit is perfect for kitchens with limited space and with growing demand to satisfy. The baking compartments are 7" tall, each with its own 33" wide, 22" deep 12-gauge steel deck press-formed, reinforced, and flanged. Available in natural gas and liquid propane models, the commercial oven can reach temperatures as low as 200 degrees Fahrenheit and as high as 500 degrees through the snap throttle thermostat to accommodate a wide variety of recipes.
The rust-resistant stainless steel top, front, back, and sides of the oven won’t chip or stain, and won’t need intense scrubbing to maintain. For rigid support, you’ve got full-angle iron frames and vitreous fiber insulation, which also helps keep the unit running at consistent temperatures to get even cooking results. The combustion chamber is made of aluminized steel and the baking chamber itself is lined with the same material to resist high levels of heat during baking. Four (4) sturdy 7" tall stainless steel legs support the entire oven and can be adjusted to different heights for stability on uneven floors and easy cleaning.
Heat comes from the free-floating duplex-tube burners that can be detached with ease from the unit along with the orifices of the main and pilot burners whenever required. The air shutters can be adjusted to create ideal flame quality that suits your daily baking demands. The valves of the main gas, temperature control, and safety pilot are all in a closed but ventilated section on the side of the oven that you can open from the front.
When you open or close the heavy-duty doors, the counterbalanced mechanism cancels out much of the weight so you can operate them comfortably and precisely using the tubular handles. The doors have no concealed hinges and the burner doors even have no fastenings to remove so you can access the contents much quickly for cases like ignition or adjustments.
The Blodgett 911 TRIPLE gas deck-type oven is approved by cETLus and NSF and comes standard with a two-year warranty on parts, a one-year warranty on labor, and a three-year extended warranty on the door. More components and accessories for customization are outlined below.
