Blodgett 1048 ADDL Description
A high-performance that can adapt to your growing production, the Blodgett 1048 ADDL gas deck type pizza oven has a single 10” tall baking compartment that rests on four 12" tall stainless steel legs, giving room for another cooking chamber if needed so you can conveniently upgrade from the same space. The corrosion-resistant, moisture-absorbing Rokite deck measures 48" wide and 22" deep, and through Quick Heat Technology, the heat is dispersed evenly throughout the cooking surface so that the pizza cooks consistently with an impeccably crisp crust no matter where they are placed on the deck.
Built to handle the toughest pizza baking tasks, this gas deck oven is made predominantly of stainless steel to resist rust, prevent chipping, and reduce cleaning. The full-angle iron frame adds strength while the vitreous fiber insulation keeps the entire unit rigid and safe from heat loss. The compartment liner and combustion chamber are high temperature-resistant due to the aluminized steel.
Enjoy tons of cooking flexibility from the snap throttle thermostat with a temperature range of 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit to tackle all your pizza offerings. Two free-floating duplex-tube burners help achieve even heat distribution while the adjustable air shutters give you the ability to tweak the flame to your desired quality to get the exact results you are after.
The burners and orifices can be detached from the Commercial Oven. The valves are found in a covered compartment that is ventilated for safety and front-accessible for convenience. The doors are heavy-duty for added durability but the spring-assist design prevents any physical strain in a busy day of nonstop pizza baking and allows for easy access to the interior for ignition, cleanup, and maintenance needs.
Available in both natural gas and liquid propane models, the Blodgett 1048 ADDL gas-powered pizza oven is approved by cETLus, NSF, and CE and comes standard with a two-year warranty on parts, a one-year warranty on labor, and an additional three-year door warranty.
