Blodgett 1060 ADDL Description
Designed to integrate into most layouts, this versatile high-volume 1060 ADDL gas deck-type pizza oven from Blodgett has a single 10” tall baking compartment packing 85,000 BTU of cooking power. The 60" wide, 37" deep Rokite deck provides plenty of space to cook multiple pizzas, all of which cook consistently with the perfect crispy crust, thanks to the Quick Heat Technology. The unit is mounted on 12" tall stainless steel legs to allow for stacking when you need an additional deck for cooking.
When the kitchen gets busy, you need a robustly built gas pizza Commercial Oven that won’t crumble from the rigors of everyday production. The unit is largely made of stainless steel, which means it is polished, rust-resistance, and very easy to clean. The full-angle iron frame paired with the vitreous fiber insulation creates a stable piece of equipment that protects from heat loss. The inside lining of the oven and the combustion chamber are all aluminized steel for excellent resistance to temperature.
Bake every pizza item on the menu on this deck-type oven, with its wide temperature range of 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit that can be adjusted via the snap throttle thermostat. Power comes from the double free-floating duplex-tube burners. When it’s time to clean or replace the burners or the orifices, the oven makes it very easy. The air shutters are adjustable to give you precise control over the performance and quality of the flame,
The valves for the main gas, temp control, and safety pilot are safe and well-ventilated inside a separate section on the oven that can be conveniently accessed from the front. The doors are spring-assisted to make the door operation smooth and precise. The burner doors do not have any fastenings to remove so you can get to the burner system with ease. The tubular handles on each door have chrome plating.
Available in both natural gas and liquid propane configurations, the Blodgett 1060 ADDL gas deck oven meets cETLus and NSF standards. A two-year warranty on parts, a one-year warranty on labor, and an additional three-year door warranty should be included in your purchase.
