The stainless steel worktop was specifically designed to handle commercial workloads day in and day out.

The drawers located under the worktop are easily accessed with painted aluminum handles. Accessing the drawers is smooth and effortless with stainless steel drawer frames with telescoping drawer slides. Each drawer can fit pans up to 6” deep for ingredients and warm air is kept out with snap-in gaskets. Workers in a rush will appreciate that each drawer has a locking mechanism that keeps them from being accidentally pulled out of the cabinet.

The refrigerated cabinet has self-closing doors to prevent excessive power draw while maintaining the temperature inside. Two epoxy-coated steel shelves inside the cabinet provide plenty of options for arranging items. When accessing multiple items the door can be opened to 120˚ and it will remain open allowing users to use both hands. To make sure an airtight seal is always made, a magnetic door gasket is included.

The temperature is maintained at between 36ºF and 38ºF efficiently by the full electronic control on this model. Eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant has a low impact on the environment and it meets all regulations while proving safe sustainable cooling. The non-electric defrost cycle is non-electric and eliminates downtime.

For convenience, the worktop refrigerator is mounted on 6” casters allowing it to be easily moved when necessary. To keep it fixed in place the front casters are locking. The unit is easy to attach to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power source with its factory wired 8’ power cord with NEMA 5-15P plug set.
