Access to the refrigerated storage is through two self-closing stainless steel doors that keep the interior cool while minimizing power usage. Each cabinet has two epoxy-coated wire shelves to organize items making them easier to find. In a busy kitchen, users will often need to access multiple items from inside. To simplify this the doors can be opened to 120˚ to remain open. When the doors are closed magnetic gaskets make sure the seal is completely airtight.

A bottom-mounted self-contained refrigeration system producing ½ HP compressor offers 1865 BTU/hr of reliable cooling. Food inside the freezer sections is kept between 36ºF and 38ºF to maximize food safety. This temperature is maintained with fully electronic controls. An epoxy-coated evaporator coil will make sure efficient cooling will be maintained reliably for many years. A non-electric automatic defrost cycle keeps the refrigeration system running efficiently and reliably without downtime. Eco-friendly R290 refrigerant is used by this unit to meet all environmental regulations.

This freezer is easy to move thanks to the 6” casters making cleaning and maintenance tasks a breeze. When in use the locking casters at the front prevent it from moving about. The unit comes prewired from the factory with an 8-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set to easily connect it to a standard outlet with 115v/60/1-ph power.
