A fully-featured refrigerated prep table like the Beverage Air SPED72HC-08-4 Elite Series™ Sandwich Top Refrigerated Counter will easily streamline workflow turning over orders quickly and efficiently. Four undercounter drawers provide lots of space for larger items while eight 1/6 pans on the countertop provide all prepped ingredients within arms-reach. Full-size pans up to 6" deep can be stored in the drawers. Larger items can be stored in the single reach-in section below the worktop. The reach-in and drawers provide a total of 20.0 cu. ft. of storage. 

The worktop includes a polyethylene cutting board that runs the full width of the counter. This removable cutting board is a convenient place to work on prep ingredients and assemble sandwiches. The cutting board is easy to remove for cleaning and maintenance. Ingredients and condiments in the eight pans are kept between 41°F and 33°F with optimized airflow to maximize shelf life. 

The easy to access drawers have slides featuring a locking mechanism that prevents them from being completely pulled out accidentally. For effortless access to ingredients, stainless steel frames support the telescoping drawer slides. The temperature inside the drawers is constantly maintained between 36º and 38ºF to maximize the shelf life of stored food.

A ⅓ HP compressor at the bottom of the unit provides  1549 BTU/hr of cooling capacity. Environmentally-friendly R290 refrigerant is used to provide efficient and safe refrigeration. This hydrocarbon refrigerant meets all environmental regulations. A non-electric automatic defrosting cycle eliminates downtime and labor costs.

This unit is configured to use standard 115v/60/1-ph power at 5.4 amps. An 8’ power cable with an integrated NEMA 5-15P plug comes standard.
