The Beverage Air SPED60HC-24M-4 Elite Series™ Mega Top Refrigerated Counter is a prep table configured with four refrigerated drawers and two dozen 1/6 pans for keeping ingredients chilled. With 16.02 cu. ft. of refrigerated space in the drawers and reach-in section, plenty of additional ingredients can be stored safely. The drawers are designed to hold 6" deep pans if larger amounts of a prep ingredient need to be easy to access and the reach-in sections come with epoxy-coated wire shelves to maximize the use of space.

The drawers are kept at a temperature between 36º and 38ºF to maximize the shelf life of food. Telescoping drawer slides made of stainless steel are durable and will provide effortless access to ingredients for many years. A locking mechanism in the drawers prevents them from being inadvertently pulled out of the cabinet.

The worktop includes a polyethylene cutting board that runs the full width of the counter. This removable cutting board is a convenient place to work on prep ingredients and assemble sandwiches. The cutting board is easy to remove for cleaning and maintenance. Ingredients and condiments in the 24 pans are kept between 41°F and 33°F with optimized airflow to maximize shelf life. 

A self-contained bottom-mounted refrigeration system with a ⅓ HP compressor providing 1549 BTU/hr of cooling capacity provides efficient cooling. Eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that meets all environmental regulations is used. Automatic defrosting is accomplished with a non-electric system.

This unit is configured to use standard 115v/60/1-ph power and comes with an eight-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set.
