Food spoilage is a big issue for commercial kitchens, which is why the RB49HC-1S Refrigerator from Beverage Air is a great option that operators can depend on day in and day out. This refrigerator is designed to hold 46.15 cu. ft. of food safely and maintain its shelf life.

The Aluminum interiors are lit with efficient LED lighting that will last many years and keep the interiors cool. Six epoxy-coated wire shelves provide plenty of space to organize items and maximize the usable space. The interiors are accessed with anti-microbial handles that swiftly open the stainless steel doors. A self-closing feature and magnetic gaskets make sure that the doors are never left ajar to maintain a cold temperature while minimizing power costs. When accessing multiple items the doors can be opened to 120º and they will remain open allowing users to use both hands.

At the base of this refrigerator, the self-contained refrigeration system provides efficient cooling with a ⅓ HP compressor that produces 2392 BTU/hr of cooling. To maximize the shelf-life of items stored in the refrigerator, temperatures between 36ºF and 38ºF are maintained by the full electronic controls of the unit. An epoxy-coated evaporator coil will make sure this is achieved with minimal maintenance for many years. A non-electric automatic defrost cycle keeps the refrigerator system running efficiently and reliably without downtime. Eco-friendly R290 refrigerant is used by this unit to meet all environmental regulations.

The unit can be configured with 3” casters or 6” legs at no extra cost but come standard with 6” casters allowing it to be easily moved into and out of place for cleaning. An 8-foot power cable comes from the factory prewired with a NEMA 5-15P plug set for use with standard 115v/60/1-ph power.
