The interior of this refrigerator can hold up to 45.2 cu. ft. to store food safely for as long as possible.

Six heavy-duty shelves made from epoxy-coated wire offer plenty of space for storing multiple items. The interior is lit with LED lighting that lasts longer than other forms of lighting and emits little to no heat. The aluminum interior distributes the light easily and is simple to clean. Each of the four doors has its own anti-microbial handle that allows users to access items easily while providing an additional layer of sanitation. The doors also have a stay-open feature which is handy when users need to access multiple items, this feature is activated when the doors are opened to 120º. 

Variable speed technology allows the top-mounted refrigeration system to provide efficient cooling. This configuration keeps the refrigeration unit far from the dust and debris on the floor and also allows heat to rise out of the unit naturally. To make sure the refrigeration system will run reliably for many years the evaporator coil is epoxy coated. This along with the fully electronic controls allow it to maintain temperatures from 36ºF to 38ºF efficiently and reliably. Defrosting is accomplished automatically with a non-electric system, this eliminates downtime while keeping the interior free of frost. The refrigerant used is R290, an environmentally-friendly hydrocarbon that meets all environmental regulations and has a minimal negative impact on the atmosphere.

To make maintenance and cleaning easy, these units ship with 6” casters by default, however, it can be configured with 6” legs or 3” casters, to best fit your establishment’s needs. An 8-foot power cable is included with a NEMA 5-15P plug set to connect the unit to a standard outlet providing 115v/60/1-ph power at 6.0 amps.
