The interior of this refrigerator can hold up to 23.1 cu. ft. of food safely and maintain its shelf life for as long as possible.

The stainless steel interior is lit with efficient LED lighting that will last for many years and keep the interior cool. Three epoxy-coated wire shelves provide plenty of space to organize items and maximize the usable space. This unit has two glass doors each of which are easily opened with anti-microbial handles. The doors are self-closing to prevent heat from entering and plug-in magnetic door gaskets make sure an airtight seal is made every time. When accessing multiple items users can open the doors to 120º and they will remain open allowing them to use both hands.

A ¼ HP compressor producing 1480 BTU/hr of cooling is housed in a self-contained bottom-mounted refrigeration unit that raises the bottom of the interior for easier access to items. To keep food safe the temperature inside the sections is maintained between 36ºF and 38ºF by the full electronic control. An epoxy-coated evaporator coil makes sure efficient cooling will be provided for many years with minimal service. This unit defrosts automatically with a non-electric system to eliminate downtime while maintaining peak efficiency. To meet all environmental regulations R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is used.

For convenience, the worktop refrigerator is mounted on 6” casters allowing it to be easily moved when necessary. To keep it fixed in place the front casters are locking. The unit is easy to attach to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power source with its factory wired 8’ power cord with NEMA 5-15P plug set.
