Commercial kitchens need a reliable freezer to avoid product loss, the FB12HC-1S Freezer from Beverage Air is a dependable solution that provides reliable frozen storage. This unit is configured to keep up to 11.8 cu. ft. of food frozen.

Food is stored on four epoxy-coated wire shelves that maximize the available space. The interior features painted grey aluminum for easy cleaning and maintenance and everything is lit with dependable LED lighting that stays cool. An anti-microbial door handle allows the door to open with minimal effort while providing an extra level of sanitation. To keep the interior nice and cool as efficiently as possible the doors are self-closing. When users need to use both hands to access multiple items the doors can be opened to 120º to activate the stay-open feature.

At the base of this freezer is a self-contained refrigeration system with a ½ HP compressor that puts out 1513 BTU/hr of cooling. This bottom-mount design makes it easier to service the refrigeration system while raising the lowest shelf which keeps users from needing to bend over too far. Food is kept frozen at below 0ºF to maximize shelf life. This temperature is maintained with full electronic control for efficiency. An epoxy-coated evaporator coil will make sure efficient cooling will be maintained for many years. This unit defrosts automatically with an electric system to eliminate downtime to maintain cooling efficiency. To meet all environmental regulations R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is used.

To make maintenance and cleaning easy, these units ship with 6” casters by default, however, it can be configured with 6” legs or 3” casters, to best fit your establishment’s needs. An 8-foot power cable is included with a NEMA 5-15P plug set to connect the unit to a standard outlet providing 115v/60/1-ph power at 5.0 amps.
