Beverage Air BB48HC-1-FG-S Description
The BB48HC-1-FG-S Refrigerated Food Rated Back Bar Storage Cabinet from Beverage Air features a stainless steel exterior that's built to last and has been designed specifically to operate in a busy commercial environment. The interior of this back bar refrigerator has 12.4 cu. ft. of food rated refrigerated space that can hold a pair of ½ kegs.
The open food certified interior features stainless steel construction which is easy to clean. To keep the doors from being left open accidentally, they have a self-closing feature. To keep everything inside organized the unit comes with a total of four epoxy-coated wire shelves. In a busy kitchen, users will often need to access multiple items from a refrigerator. To simplify this the doors have a stay-open feature. When the doors are closed magnetic gaskets make sure the seals are always airtight. Products inside this back bar refrigerator can be quickly cooled with the balanced forced-air refrigeration system.
The side-mounted refrigerator houses a ¼ HP compressor that produces 1702 BTU/hr of cooling. Depending on your needs, the compressor can be installed on either the right or left side. The interior is kept at a temperature between 36ºF and 38ºF by the fully electronic controls. An epoxy-coated evaporator coil will make sure reliable refrigeration with minimal maintenance can be provided for years to come. An automatic non-electric defrost system keeps the interior from frosting over while keeping downtime to a minimum. The refrigeration system utilizes R290 refrigerant which is an eco-friendly hydrocarbon that has a markedly reduced impact on the environment for safe, sustainable refrigeration.
Power is supplied by a factory-installed 8-foot power cable with a NEMA 5-15P plug set for use with standard 115v/60/1-ph at 2.5 amps.
