The BB36HC-1-FG-S-27 Refrigerated Food Rated Back Bar Storage Cabinet from Beverage Air is an excellent choice for establishments that need reliable back bar refrigeration with a black finish. Aside from providing 8.36 cu. ft. of food rated refrigerated storage, this unit has a stainless steel top that provides a stable work surface.
This unit is certified to store open food products inside its stainless steel interior. The door is self-closing to prevent it from being left ajar. Two epoxy-coated wire shelves are included to maximize the use of space while organizing items. Grabbing multiple items from inside this refrigerator is made easy with the stay-open feature allowing workers to use both hands effectively. To maintain an airtight seal the door features a magnetic gasket. This refrigerator uses forced-air refrigeration to quickly and evenly cool products.
1702 BTU/hr of cooling potential is provided by the self-contained refrigeration system with a ¼ HP compressor. The refrigeration system can be mounted on either the left or right. The temperature inside is maintained between 36ºF and 38ºF by the fully electronic controls. An epoxy-coated evaporator coil makes sure efficient cooling will be provided for many years with minimal service. The refrigeration system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that meets all environmental standards. The unit is kept free of frost by an automatic non-electric defrost function that keeps downtime to a minimum.
An eight-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set is wired at the factory to connect this unit to a standard outlet providing 115v/60/1-ph power at 2.5 amps.
