Designed to elevate the style and functionality of any dining space, the 65" wide Bakers Pride FC-516 single-deck wood-burning style gas oven from the Il Forno Classico Series is a high-performance baking solution with an elegant design and 140,000 BTU cooking power. This commercial deck-type oven can be stacked with many of Bakers Pride’s Commercial Ovens so you can easily increase your production capacity from the same cubic feet of space. 

This deck-type pizza oven is as stylish as it is durable. It features constructed with stainless steel that helps prevent rust and corrosion and makes cleaning so much easier and is mounted on four heavy-duty steel legs with Bakertone finish for added protection. With its steel-reinforced arched opening, the flame emanating from the burner is visible, creating a sophisticated atmosphere your guests will surely appreciate. This specific model comes with front and side skirts that allow you to mount the oven behind stone, brick, or tile to seamlessly integrate into your existing design.

Available in natural gas and LP configurations, this commercial pizza oven has a 10" tall cooking chamber and features a single 48" wide, 36" deep, and 1.5" Cordierite deck that is designed to resist temperature changes and retain heat for extended periods for speedy and more efficient cooking. The heavy-duty flame diverters help you make the most of the capacity so you can cook more pizzas at a time. It is also fully insulated so that the temperatures inside are consistent, little to no heat is lost, and the exterior stays cool to the touch.

You can adjust the temperature from 300 degrees Fahrenheit all the way to 650 using the thermostat to accommodate different recipes. The heat dampers on this pizza deck oven can be adjusted from the bottom and top independently to ensure that both sides of the products are cooked to perfection. The valve, regulator, and pilot safety are housed inside a gas control panel at the front of the unit.
