Available in natural gas and LP configurations, the 84" wide Bakers Pride FC-816 wood-burning style gas oven is an innovative commercial pizza cooking solution with an exquisite old-world design that creates a timeless design for your dining space. PErfect for high-production operations, this oven delivers 140,000 BTU of cooking power and can be stacked with other Bakers Pride Commercial Ovens to increase your capacity without using up additional floor space.

Mounted on four heavy-duty Bakertone-coated legs, this commercial deck-type oven boasts a stainless steel construction that makes it resistant to rust and corrosion but also easy to clean. 

This 41.03kW commercial pizza oven has an arched opening from which you can easily load pizzas. This also provides a view of the flame generated by the burner for a theater experience that improves the atmosphere of your dining room. If you have tile, stone, or brick walls, this oven can easily be mounted with side and front skirts to blend into the design.

This Bakers Pride pizza deck oven has a 10" tall cavity that houses a massive 66" wide, 44" deep, and 1.5" Cordierite deck that retains heat well and can adapt to quick temperature changes without the risk of breaking. You can maximize every bit of the cooking surface, thanks to the flame diverters that distribute the heat uniformly. These diverters are durable and have a slide-out design for easy maintenance. 

The temperature can be set between 300 degrees Fahrenheit to 650 degrees Fahrenheit using the thermostat. You can adjust the intensity of the heat coming from the bottom and the top through independent heat dampers so you can ensure that the products are cooked as they should. Since the unit is fully insulated, the interior stays as hot as it needs to but remains cool to the touch on the outside. The valve, regulator, and pilot safety are stowed inside the front-mounted panel along with the thermostat.

This Bakers Pride deck-type pizza oven is part of the Il Forno Classico lineup and meets standards of health and safety by NSF, CSA, and CE. The unit is supplied with 120v igniter with cord and plug.
