Amazing unit. Comes up to the needed temperature very quickly. The oven is easy to operate. Now I can bake unbelievably tasty pastries and loaves of bread.

We use the oven in a transition facility for inmates who are nearing the end of their incarceration. The oven shows to be working fine for us, at this time.

Questions and Answers
Is this considered a ventless oven?
No there is no such thing. If someone claims vent less it has a self contained vent system. Local code tells you if you need a vent or not depending on what you are baking and if it is electric.
