The N61201E060 SGL (QUICK SHIP) Connected Evolution™ Steamer from AccuTemp is a single boilerless model mounted on a stainless steel stand and configured for natural gas. This model has a maximum input of 60,000 BTU/hr. The steamer’s cavity is made from  14 ga. stainless steel and configured with dishwasher-safe wire pan racks to hold six 12x20x2.5” or four 12x20x4” full-size pans.

This Gas Convection Steamer features AccuTemp’s patent-pending Steam Vector Technology (SVT). The SVT system provides even steam distribution to the entire cavity and has no moving parts. This is achieved with a steam collector and distributor panels. These parts can be simply removed for cleaning and are conveniently dishwasher-safe. The simple design of the SVT system is what allows Evolution™ steamers to use any potable water without treatment or filtration. The one-year parts and labor warranty and Lifetime Service & Support Guarantee from AccuTemp are both applicable regardless of the quality of the water used in this steamer.

The easy-to-use digital display provides users with a simple interface that displays the temperature digitally. An independent timer with a programmable preset is also included for convenience. This Gas Convection Steamer model is connectionless meaning it needs to be manually filled with water, but this isn’t too inconvenient since the steamer uses less than a gallon of water per hour.
