The AccuTemp P61201E060 SGL Connected Evolution™ Steamer is a propane-powered boilerless floor model steamer that comes on an equipment stand with 60,000 BTU/hr of heat input. This Gas Convection Steamer is perfect for establishments with hard water looking for an efficient ENERGY STAR qualified steamer that can cook or hold six 12"x 20"x 2-1/2" pans.

AccuTemp’s Evolution™ line of steamers uses Steam Vector Technology (SVT) which can use any potable water source without any filtration or treatment. This is because the innovative SVT system does away with moving parts that can break down, instead, the patient-pending SVT system uses a simple steam collector and distributor panels. These parts require very little maintenance and can be easily removed for cleaning in a dishwasher. All parts are covered under a one year warranty and backed by AccuTemp’s Lifetime Service & Support Guarantee, regardless of the water quality used by the unit.

The controls on this system are simple to use and instructions are printed onto the door in both English and Spanish. The temperature is displayed digitally and clearly visible and an independent digital timer with a programmable preset makes using the steamer extremely easy. A simple water and drain connections simplify installation and streamline operations. This Gas Convection Steamer uses less than a gallon of water per hour of operation. A 5’ power cord is comes attached to this unit with a NEMA 15-5 plug for use with standard 120v/60/1-ph power. The sturdy stand that comes with this steamer includes a lower shelf for extra storage or can be used for a second unit down the line.
