AccuTemp E62083E080 DBL (QUICK SHIP) Two Connected Evolution™

The AccuTemp E62083E080 DBL (QUICK SHIP) Two Connected Evolution™ comes with two electric bolierless steamers vertically stacked on a stand that doubles capacity while using as the same amount of floor space as a single stand-mounted steamer. Each steamer is designed to hold six 2" x 20" x 2-½” pans and configured to use 208v/60/3-ph power.

AccuTemp developed its Steam Vector Technology (SVT) to be as simple and dependable as possible. What they came up with was a design that has no moving parts that can break down or wear out which will save operators on labor costs, downtime, and maintenance costs. The SVT system is reliable enough to be used with any potable water, regardless of the quality. De-liming tasks are not required, and the steamers are covered by AccuTemp’s Lifetime Service & Support Guarantee. The SVT system is simple, it has a steam collector and distributor panels that circulate steam. To clean these parts they can be easily removed and simply placed in a dishwasher for convenience.

Operating these Electric Convection Steamers is simple thanks to the easy-to-use digital control panel. Operational instructions easy to reference on each door, written in both English and Spanish. Users can easily monitor the temperature of each steamer with clear digital displays and independent digital timers with programmable presets provide accurate time-keeping that is easily repeatable.

For ease of installation, each of these Electric Convection Steamer comes with simple water and drain connections and a 5-foot power cord. Each steamer uses water efficiently with less than  1-½ gallons of water used per hour.
