The AccuTemp E64803D140 SGL (QUICK SHIP) Connectionless Evolution™ is a boilerless floor model steamer model mounted on a stand. This Electric Convection Steamer can produce up to 14 kW and is configured to use 480v/60/3-ph power at 16.0 amps. Half a dozen 12x20x2.5” or four 12x20x4” pans fit into the 14 gauge 304 stainless steel cavity on dishwasher-safe one-piece wire pan racks.

The key feature of the Evolution™ line of steamers is the patent-pending Steam Vector Technology (SVT) which distributes steam without any moving parts through a steam collector and distributor panels, all of which are simple to remove and dishwasher-safe for convenience. The simple SVT system allows this steamer to work without water filtration or treatment without voiding the warranty or disqualifying it from AccuTemp’s lifetime service and support guarantee. The Evolution™ line of steamers works perfectly well with hard water and doesn’t require routine descaling maintenance minimizing downtime and maximizing its usability.

Temperature and cooking time is controlled with an easy to clean digital control panel with a digital temperature display which clearly shows the operating temperature. An independent digital electronic timer with a programmable preset is included for convenience.

This Commercial Floor Model Steamer is ENERGY STAR qualified for its efficiency and comes with a 5’ power cable and integrated L16-20P plug to connect it to a power source with a 20.0 amp breaker. More Restaurant Equipment, Cooking Equipment & Steam Cooking Equipment are available.
