AccuTemp E62083D080 SGL (QUICK SHIP) Connectionless Evolution™ Steamer

The AccuTemp E62083D080 SGL (QUICK SHIP) Connectionless Evolution™ Steamer is a stand-mounted electric unit configured to use 208v/60/3-ph power.  This steamer is boilerless, doesn’t require plumbing, and can hold up to six 12x20x2-½” pans. The key feature that separates AccuTemp’s Evolution™ steamers from every other steamer available on the market is they can be safely used with any potable water source.

These Electric Convection Steamer handles hard water without filtration or treatment and is possible with AccuTemp’s simple and robust Steam Vector Technology (SVT). The lack of moving parts means there’s less that can fail with SVT, and it’s covered by AccuTemp’s lifetime service and support guarantee. The patent-pending SVT system consists of a steam collector and distributor panels which evenly spread steam all around the cavity. These parts can be removed easily and are conveniently dishwasher safe.

For ease of use, this steamer uses a simple control panel with a digital temperature display. The instructions are easy to reference since they are printed in both English and Spanish on the field-reversible door. To make sure food is cooked or heated for the appropriate amount of time, an independent digital timer is included with a programmable preset.

A 5’ power cord is included for easy installation. The stand included with this steamer is extremely durable and will surely last the lifetime of the unit. The bottom shelf can also be used for another steamer in the future.
