The variable speed on this immersion blender is very helpful for mixtures with a specific consistency and is very easy to use. Shaft is removable for easy cleaning. This is one of our most-used tools in the kitchen. Can puree soups, whip sauces, dressings, spreads, etc. and can take on the load super well.
