This is very good and fast way to make pizza. Have it as a backup at the restaurant. The advertised temp is up to 840 F but actually it bakes at around 800 F, doesn’t hold 840 F for a long time. Despite this, it cooks pizzas perfectly. Unit has 18"" ceramic deck. So far it works with no issues. Easy to clean. Good value for money.Recommended Product
