This fryer is unbelievable. The heating time is very very short and so is the actual cooking time! We can enjoy crispy fries in just a short amount of time. The food does not come out too greasy. The temperature is consistent, which really impressed us.

Despite the small size, this fryer is really able to hold its own in a commercial setting although very limited use only. Excellent performance and easy operation. Food fried in it is high quality!

This is a good fryer especially the construction and the actual features, but sadly it is not the one for my needs. If the capacity is just right for you for small use, then it should work fine.
