A 60-minute timer in each compartment allows for cooking a batch of two different items simultaneously, or if demand is low, only a single compartment can be used. The compartments are sealed securely with heavy-duty doors with tried and tested latch mechanisms for easy access. A gasket guard maintains the seal and prevents damage.

Cleaning the interiors is made simple with stainless steel construction and coved corners. The coved corners deprive debris of a place to get stuck. The stainless steel exterior of this unit is also easy to maintain and is designed to stand up to years of use in a commercial kitchen. 6” adjustable legs made from stainless steel provide a simple way of keeping the unit level on uneven flooring.

This steamer uses 17 kW of power and ships configured to use 208v/50-60/3-ph power and can be field converted to use 208v/50-60/1-ph, 240v/50-60/3-ph, or 240v/50-60/1-ph.
