If your commercial kitchen needs a reliable 36” salamander that runs on 480v power, look no further than the 36ESB-480 Salamander Broiler from Vulcan.
The grid on this salamander measures 13” deep and 27-½” wide and features heavy-duty chrome-plating for durability and easy cleaning. A full-width pan under the grid is designed to catch drips and crumbs for easy cleaning. To clean the spillage it’s easily removed for quick cleaning reducing downtime.
Two 2,250 W heating elements provide users with two distinct zones that are independently controllable with four-position switches to set the temperature. A 6-position height control system makes it easy to set the desired height as easily as possible. Adjusting the height of the broiler carriage is simple thanks to a lever featuring a knob designed to remain cool to the touch while the salamander is running.
This salamander’s top, front, and sides are made from durable stainless steel making it easy to clean and maintain which will ensure it will last for years to come. This unit is easily installed onto a reinforced range back riser, mounted on a wall with optional brackets, or placed on a counter with optional legs.
