This unit allows you to easily process large amounts of vegetables in a short amount of time. Univex's Slicer Accessories are a great way to streamline prepwork in busy commercial kitchens.
This unit comes standard with an adjustable “S” knife assembly for fine tuning and features a durable anodized aluminum housing with a satin finish for easy cleaning.
The overall dimensions of this unit are 13” in height, 11-½” in width, and 17” front-to-back.
