The Univex SRD20 Dough Divider provides operators with maximum control while minimizing effort when cutting dough. This semi-automatic round dough divider can make twenty (20) 5.3 oz to 28 oz pieces in seven (7) seconds producing up to 1,200 evenly cut pieces per hour.

Univex  Dough Dividers use simple controls that any operator can use. Dividing dough is as simple as putting the weighed dough into the machine, closing the lid and using the controls to press and cut the dough.

The painted steel body of this unit is easy to clean and is designed for many years of service in a commercial environment. Four (4) casters allow this unit to be easily rolled to work stations and can be securely locked in place. The overall dimensions of this semi-automatic dough divider are, 27-⅞” front-to-back, 23-⅞” in width, and 43-⅝” in height. This unit uses 220v/60/3-ph power and at full load it draws 3.77 amps.
