The Univex DOME47RT Rotating Dome Pizza Oven is a beautiful platform that excels in cooking pizzas quickly and evenly. The internal cooking chamber is 39” diameter with space for six (6) 12” pizzas.

This handmade firebrick pizza oven features a rotating cooking surface that automatically moves pizzas around for better more even cooking without requiring the operator to manually turn the pizza. The insulation in this unit is very thick, even when the unit is producing 92,500 BTU inside the cavity the exterior is still cool to the touch.

For ease of use, this pizza oven comes with a thermometer to check the internal temperature at a glance and full electronic controls for setting temperature targets and the rotation speed of the cooking surface.

This unit comes standard with a black iron finish but can be ordered with either a marble or mosaic finish. A heavy-duty iron stand supports the weight of this unit and elevates it to a decent working height. When the oven isn’t in use the cavity can be closed off using the included iron door. Connecting this unit to the exhaust is a 7-⅞” internal diameter stack exhaust.

This unit is available in either natural gas or propane. The external dimensions of this unit are 72.83” in height and 65” in diameter.
