Some restaurants hide their pizza Commercial Oven in the back of their kitchen, but if you want to show yours off the Univex DOME47P Artisan Stone Hearth Pentagonal Pizza Oven can be the perfect centerpiece. This gas powered unit is both aesthetically pleasing and fully functional with a 47-¼” diameter cooking area that can fit up to seven (7) 12” pizzas.

To maximize capacity, this pizza oven features a pentagonal internal cooking chamber. The handmade firebrick oven is very well insulated leaving the exterior cool to the touch even when the oven is putting out 92,500 BTU of heat.

A heavy-duty iron stand supports the oven off the ground and an iron door is used to close the oven when not in use. It’s simple and easy to check the temperature inside the oven cavity with the built-in thermometer. Smoke is removed from this pizza oven with a7-17/8” internal diameter stack exhaust which needs to be connected to a smokestack.

There are seven (7) material choices you can order for the front and/or back of this oven: red brick, 10 x 10 tiles, yellow brick, metal leaves,  marble, stone, and mosaic.

The oven is pentagonal in shape, the front face is 38.9” across and the left and right sides are each 39.3” across. The distance from the front face to the rear 90° corner is approximately 74.9”. The rear sides of the unit are both  66.9” in length. The overall height of the unit is 72.8”

This pizza oven is available in either natural gas or propane.
