Bun Divider/Rounder, automatic, 2.12 - 7.76 oz., 22 pieces/7 seconds (3800 pieces/hour), programmable control board, dual start buttons, (3) clear 22 division trays, multiple languages, hydraulic powered, painted steel, leveling feet, cETLus, ETL-SanitationThe Univex ABDR22 Bun Divider/Rounder can produce up to 3,800 1.7 oz to 6.3 oz pieces per hour. The unit’s powerful hydraulics divides and rounds each batch of dough into 22 pieces even buns in seven (7) seconds.
Pressing duration, rounding duration, and weight can be easily configured on the programmable control board. To make sure your operators produce repeatable results settings can be saved as presets. Training anyone to use this device is simple and it includes multiple language support. For safety dual start buttons are installed. To keep the workflow smooth, this device comes with three (3) clear 22 division trays.
Cleaning and maintaining the painted steel exterior is simple and this finish is sure to last even in the most grueling commercial environments. Leveling feet make sure this unit is standing perfectly flat even on uneven flooring. The overall dimensions for this unit are 26-½” in width, 56-¼” front-to-back, and 25-½” in height. At full load this device draws 6.87 amps of 220v/60/3-ph power.
