To quickly fill orders efficiently and reliably a durable electrically-heated fryer like the SE14RS-1FD Solstice Prepackaged Fryer System from Pitco is an amazing tool. This Floor Model Electric Fryer has a single 14” x 14”  fry tank with a total of 40-50 lbs of capacity.

With its Solid State T-stat (SSTC) the temperature is simple to regulate while a melt cycle and boil out mode add to its convenience. To keep everyone in the kitchen safe this fryer has a high-temperature safety switch and a drain valve interlock. To make operations easier and more automated this fryer can be ordered with the optional Intellifry I12 computer or digital controller. With the Intellifry 12 or digital controller users have access to automated timers and can also control an optional basket lift.

This fryer comes with the Solstice Solo Filter System that extends the life of the oil by using a quick two-step filtering process. Oil passes through the filter at 8 GPM into a convenient under-fryer filter pan. The filter pan pulls out of the fryer like a drawer and features wheels at the rear making it easy to handle.

The sides, door, tank, and front of this fryer are made from stainless steel to stand up to the daily rigors of a commercial kitchen. The frying oil is efficiently heated by fixed immersion-type heating elements that feature high-temperature alloy sheathing and contactors that are free of mercury. With only 22 kW/h of power consumption, this fryer qualifies forEnergyStar™ certification. It is available in many voltage configurations that allow it to work in almost any kitchen.
