This Countertop Food Warmer is specifically designed to hold deep-fried food and maintain crispiness for extended periods
The pan area features a single divider to separate the 9” wide area for two different menu items. Aside from holding food, it is the ideal place to drain items straight from the fryer properly with a food grate that easily lifts out for cleaning.
This food holding station constantly moves recirculated heated air over food to maintain crispness and reduce moisture. The hot air provided by this unit is filtered to ensure freshness.
The unit features stainless steel construction on the front, sides, door, and splashback making it easy to clean and extremely durable.
This holding station uses standard 120v/60/1-ph power at 15.1 amps.
