If your business needs a lot of sub-zero storage capacity the KLF7756-C 5' x 6' x 7'-7" H Kold Locker from NorLake is a great indoor walk-in solution that can handle the task. This commercial walk-in freezer offers a total of 159 cu. ft. of refrigerated space.

The panels that make up this walk-in unit are 4” thick with both the exterior and interior sides have a 26 gauge steel exterior protected by a corrosion-resistant embossed stucco coating. Inside the panels, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation provides an R-value of 32. Connecting panels together is easy with female and male rails that provide a perfect fit that allows the foamed-in-place cam locking fasteners to fully tighten to make an airtight connection. Around the outer perimeter, a continuous panel gasket provides a barrier that is free from cuts or breaks. Each ceiling and floor panel has foamed-in-place edge caps that can’t come loose compared to those that are overlapped or mechanically fastened.

The standard door kit that comes with this walk-in unit comes with a 26” wide door. When this door is shut its stepped profile provides a mechanical barrier that keeps the heat out efficiently. This door comes with two hinges both of which are cam-lift and adjustable. This allows the door to be easily adjusted over the lifetime of the walk-in as it settles. The door also comes with a spring-assisted door closer to make sure it’s never left ajar. The 4-foot wide door panel comes with the door pre-hung and includes a vapor-proof LED lighting fixture activated by a switch connected to an external indicator light, replaceable heating wire, stainless steel trim, and a digital thermometer. To keep items inside secure, an NL 9800 deadbolt handle is included with an independent key/padlock feature. To prevent lock-ins there is a safety release inside.

A temperature of -10°F keeps items inside this walk-in frozen safely with a top-mounted RCPF075JC-S-4-EV Capsule Pak Refrigeration System producing 2637 BTU/hr of cooling. The Enviro-Control™ electronic controller system sets the temperature inside the walk-in and also sets the automatic defrost timer. To remove the need for a drain line, an automatic condensate vaporizer is shipped loose with the unit and needs to be field wired.
