The Nemco 8300 Roll-A-Grill® Hot Dog Steamer is the ideal solution if you’re short on counter space but want to offer great-tasting steamed hot dogs to your customers. With capacity for up to 150 hot dogs and 30 buns, this Commercial Hot Dog Steamer only takes up 13-½” by 15” of counter space.

The back panel is made from tempered glass and in combination with the eye-catching merchandising graphics, customers will be enticed by the tasty hot dogs and moist buns you offer. The sliding tempered glass doors are simple to use, extremely low-maintenance, and automatically stay open without additional complexity. Unlike traditional doors that swing outwards when open, sliding doors don’t take up the additional room making it safer, especially for users behind a cramped counter or kiosk.

A lighted power switch lets you know if the device is operational and a simple thermostat knob controls the temperature and can be set up to 200°F. To keep hot dogs and buns warm and moist there’s a 7-½ qt. water reservoir, a low water light also lets users know when it needs to be topped off.

The front-accessible drain makes emptying the reservoir simple for quick and easy cleaning. Brushed 304 stainless steel is used for the cabinet and base for durability and ease of maintenance.

Heat is provided by an 800 watts heating element with a metal sheath. This model is designed to use 120v electricity and connects to an outlet via a 6-foot power cord that terminates in a NEMA 5-15P plug. The maximum current draw of this steamer is 6.7 amps.

This hot dog steamer is UL tested for safety and NSF listed for sanitation.
