For convenience, the controls are top-mounted allowing users to easily adjust settings and monitor the cooking process. For consistent results, this waffle maker comes with programmable controls and an LED display. Users can monitor the remaining time with the clearly visible display and to prevent waffles from being overcooked this model has an audible alarm that sounds when cooking is finished.

Thanks to the rotating cast-iron grid, Belgian waffles are made consistently to produce crispy golden brown waffles. The grid installed on this model is fixed but can be removed with the proper tools. To keep waffles from getting stuck to the grid and to reduce the amount of cleaning needed, the grid on this waffle maker features a silverstone non-stick coating. The floating hinge on this waffle maker allows the top grid to rise naturally as waffles cook. This allows proper heat to still be applied to the top of the waffle without stopping it from rising. To make cleaning and maintenance as simple as possible, this model features stainless steel construction which makes it well suited for rigorous use in a commercial kitchen.

To connect this unit to a 208v/60/1-ph power source that can safely provide 4.7 amps, it comes with a NEMA 6-15P plug.
